Each attendee can book one room per registration and sharing guests (that would be sharing the same accommodation room). This guest can either be a partner who will only be attending functions or a partner or colleague that wants to attend all functions including the conference.

During your registration you can request your bedding configuration.

If you need any additional rooms, you will need to register each attendee that needs a room separately.

Yes. Partners attending the Master Electricians Australia Conference will have their own Partner Program to enjoy, with more information available under the ‘Activities’ tab.

We also want the kids to have just as much fun in Uluru. A dedicated Kids Club will be available for children aged 4 years and over during the Friday Gala Dinner, Saturdays Conference program and the Saturday evening dinner experience. The program will be tailored to the ages of the children attending.

For children under 4, babysitting may be available at an additional cost. Please let us know if you would like more information.

No, flights are not included. If you need assistance booking in your flights, the team at Motive Events will be more than happy to help!

Please note, there is $65 per person booking fee involved if you choose to book your flights through Motive Events

Yes. Getting to and from the resort is easy. Ayers Rock Resort provides complimentary airport transfers for all scheduled flights at Ayers Rock Airport.

We’ll also have some private transfers arranged specifically for Master Electricians Australia delegates, along with transfers to and from any official evening events held offsite.

We’ll collect your flight details closer to the conference so we can make sure you have the right transfer arrangements in place.

Yes, during registration you will have the option to request an extension in Uluru. Please note it will be based on hotel availability at time of request.

Travel insurance is recommended for your travel. Contact Motive Events if you need assistance.

You can pay for your registration by credit card or direct deposit / bank transfer.

You can also choose to pay in three instalments:

1st instalment: 10% payable at the time of registration
2nd instalment: 50% payable by 28 February 2027
3rd instalment: Remaining 40% payable by 30 April 2027

Please note when processing payment that the GST number and ABN are not shown on your receipt. A formal tax invoice will be issued in the coming weeks with these details included.

If you cancel your registration after confirming your attendance, the following cancellation terms will apply.

• 10% deposit payable upon registration
• Second instalment due 28 February 2027
• Final instalment due 30 April 2027

Conference Package Cancellation

The conference package component of each payment becomes non-refundable once paid. This includes conference attendance, event functions, administration and event management costs.

Accommodation Cancellation

Accommodation costs are refundable up to 30 April 2027, less any supplier charges incurred at the time of cancellation.

From 1 May 2027, accommodation costs become non-refundable and are subject to full supplier cancellation fees.

Cancellations and Changes

All cancellations and changes must be advised in writing to mea@motiveevents.co.nz.

Any booking changes or additional requests received from 1 June 2027 will incur a fee of $100 per person. All changes remain subject to availability and supplier terms and conditions.

While we will always do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee amendments to bookings within two weeks of the scheduled departure date.
