For this year’s 2025 NZ Electrical Conference we have secured two great hotels that are just minutes away from Queenstown. The Millennium Queenstown and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, these hotels are within close proximity to each other less than a short 5-minute stroll.
The conference will be taking place the Millennium, please note that the accommodation is allocated on a first come first serve basis.
For those attendees that indicated that they would like the option to upgrade to Five Star accommodation, we have secured rooms at the Sofitel Queenstown Hotel and Spa. There is limited availability here and you can secure this through the registration process.
For Full Event Package Attendees, 3 nights' accommodation is included, on Friday 31st of October and Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd of November.

As mentioned there is an option to upgrade the three nights of the Full Event Package at an additional cost of
$350.00 per room per night (for bed and 1 breakfast) and $395 per room per night (for bed and 2 breakfasts).
Guests must upgrade for all three nights (Oct 31st, Nov 1 and Nov 2nd).

Cancellation Policy:
Within thirty (30) days before Hotel Arrival Date – Any Room Night Cancelled or subject to a ‘No-Show’ will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total number of room nights cancelled at the accommodation rate quoted and confirmed for the relevant room type cancelled.
