DATA PROCESSING CONSENT

During the registration process you will be asked to provide personal details. This personal data will be used to make the appropriate event and travel arrangements for you. These details will also be confirmed back to you in an initial and final confirmation email that you will receive from Motive Events.

In order to make the appropriate arrangements for your attendance for this event we are required to share certain personal details with:
(a) the event organizer
(b) our event, travel and accommodation suppliers for these arrangements to be made and confirmed; and
(c) suppliers of services to us where necessary for us to process your personal information and make the relevant arrangements.
Only those personal details required for certain suppliers will be passed along in a secure method.

THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

Please read the following instructions before commencing your online registration.

  • EVERY ATTENDEE MUST REGISTER
  • Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). You must complete this information to progress to the next page. All information should be typed in upper and lower case (e.g. William Smith).
  • As you complete the details on each page, click 'Continue' to proceed. You can save your registration and return it at a later time. Use the 'Back' button in the bottom to return to the previous pages.
  • Please read the terms and conditions for this event below. By submitting your registration you agree to the T&Cs and Cancellation Policy.

Has my registration been received?
Please note, that your registration will not be processed until you reach the confirmation page. You will receive an email confirming your registration once you have submitted correctly. If you do not receive an email at this time, please contact Motive Events immediately at fx@motiveevents.co.nz.

Motive Cancellation Policy:

If, after registering with Motive Events, you cancel your attendance, you will be liable for any non-refundable accommodation and event costs:

Timing | Cancellation fee payable
• 65+ calendar days before the event date (on or before 29th June) – Refundable
• 64–35 calendar days before the event date (30th June – 29th July) – Non-refundable accommodation & functions
• 34 or fewer calendar days before the event date, or no-show and no notification of cancellation (30th July onwards) – Non-refundable accommodation & functions + $150 cancellation fee

Cancellations and changes must be advised in writing and emailed to fx@motiveevents.co.nz.


All changes made after initial confirmation emails have been sent will incur a change fee.
We are unable to guarantee amendments to bookings within two weeks of the event date.

Motive Terms & Conditions, in addition to the above. All accommodation upgrades and extensions need to be confirmed by 1st May. After this date, all upgrades and extensions are non-refundable.

Late registration post July 1st will incur an additional administration charge of $150.
